Return/Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
Must be in original packaging with tags or labels.
Proof of purchase is required.
For hygiene reasons, used pet beds, grooming items, or feeding products cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return
Email mail@unipetstore.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Items
